We are looking for an *Experienced Dental Practice Manager* to join and lead our friendly, fantastic team in *Grove mount Dental practice, Ramsey, Isle of Man*!
Our *modern well-established* practice is situated in the heart of Ramsey with excellent access to all local amenities, amazing beaches and is a great place to work and visit. We are a private practice with a small NHS contract using a fully computerised dental system with SOE software and digital x-rays.

* Supporting the Clinical Team by Nursing
* Academic or Trade Qualifications*
* Dental Nurse Qualification and GDC registration (preferred)
*At least 5 years Dental experience preferred
* The successful applicant will either have a solid background in clinical dentistry and some experience of administration of dental practices or impressive management experience
* An excellent communicator with a passion for helping people and growing teams
* CQC knowledge advantageous
* Computer literate essential and SOE experience advantageous but not essential
*Working Hours*: Full Time Monday – Friday and occasional Saturday working
*Always be aware of patient confidentiality and data protection
* The dental nurse must remain in surgery, ensuring that dentists are chaperoned at all times when treating a patient unless a clinical duty such as taking radiographs dictates
* Maintain awareness of new developments and dental techniques
*Liaise closely with reception to ensure maximum efficiency within their surgery
* Mentor and supervise all trainee dental nurses at the practice
* Prepare the practice rota
*Assist the patient into surgery, settle them in the chair and prepare them for treatment
* Weekly spot checks to make sure surgeries are clean and stocked.
* Control clinical inventory and ordering of stock
* Immediately action any breach of cross infection controls or bad practice
*Ensure waiting areas, corridors, stairs and immediate external areas are kept tidy and free of hazards in line with Health & Safety requirements
