About the Role
A leading EPS Data team is driving an industry-wide outreach program to help partners and stakeholders navigate the upcoming Digital Markets Act (DMA) regulation. As a Program Manager (DMA Outreach), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a strategic outreach initiative, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
With a cross-product, data-driven approach, the team provides regulatory insights and response strategies, working closely with GTM EMEA to engage partners across the digital ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and program management, offering a unique opportunity to influence industry conversations and drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and enhance the DMA outreach program, structuring and optimizing engagement efforts across diverse stakeholders.
✅ Develop and execute both proactive and reactive outreach strategies:
Proactive: Craft messaging and engagement plans for broader industry awareness.
Reactive: Navigate evolving regulatory discussions with agility and precision.
✅ Drive cross-functional collaboration, working with legal, policy, and go-to-market teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
✅ Advocate for program priorities, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders and cross-organizational teams.
✅ Analyze and optimize outreach efforts, establishing clear performance metrics and tracking impact.
✅ Prepare executive-level reports and strategy briefings for leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
✅ Strong program or project management experience, ideally with PMP, PgM, or MBA credentials.
✅ Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders in complex environments.
✅ Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written & spoken).
