This role is a full-time opportunity, flexible working patterns will be considered. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 (Band 5)/90 minutes (Band 1-4) of The Quadrant. As an EDI Project Lead, you will deliver projects that build a diverse, inclusive workforce, drive high performance, and foster a culture of innovation, aligned with Network Rail’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy. You will manage EDI initiatives from planning to delivery—tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring outcomes meet strategic goals. By communicating effectively, you will provide stakeholders with valuable insights on the impact and value of EDI efforts. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Functional Leads, you will offer expert guidance on EDI implications, compliance, and local project delivery. Through strong networks, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration and equip teams with the tools for sustainable success. Essential Criteria Experience of working in an EDI role in a large/matrix organisation Relevant successful experience in project management Experience of using a range of communication activities/campaigns Proficient in stakeholder management across a range of organisations to support business objectives Ability to analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources to inform management reporting Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders across different levels of an organisation Excellent organisational skills enabling delivery of multiple workstreams to tight timescales.
