For a Credit Controller to join our Europa team. The role will involve working within a team, as well as on your own initiative and supporting. The ideal candidate will have experience within an administration role, customer service knowledge and strong communication skills.

What you will be doing as a Credit Controller:
* Responsible for directing customers to Corrivo portal to access copy invoices and in exceptional circumstances, produce copy invoices and statements via email.
* Responsible for raising queries via Corrivo in relation to price disputes, customs documentation, goods not received, and various other reasons as dictated by the customer for the relevant department to resolve.
* Escalate via the Credit Control Supervisor to legal proceedings as and when all avenues are exhausted and assign with Solicitors or third-party collection agents as and when necessary.
* Following all contact with customers, input and manage diary notes with action dates regarding conversations, agreement, and queries.
Our Ideal Credit Controller:
* Excellent communication skills to effectively direct customers and resolve their issues.
* Patience and empathy to handle customer disputes and queries diplomatically.
* Familiarity with using web portals for managing invoices and queries.
* Ability to produce and manage electronic invoices and statements.
* Can prioritise effectively and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
* Detail-oriented to ensure all customer interactions and agreements are documented correctly.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up on action dates.
* Understanding of credit management and experience with escalating cases to legal proceedings.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to resolve customer issues.
* Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, credit managers, and external agencies.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions and when handling sensitive information.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
