Are you a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer eager for a fresh and exciting opportunity? Randstad C&P is partnering with a premier facilities management company to find a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer. This full-time, permanent position is based in the Edinburgh area.
Job Purpose:
In this role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation and safety of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and HVAC systems within set time frames to exceed customer expectations.
8. Handle other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical tasks, and more.
9. Respond to callouts as per the rota.
10. Undertake new installations, and both major and minor repairs on clients' AC systems.
11. Diagnose and repair faults, including basic electrical troubleshooting.
12. Manage contractors, ensuring standards are met and issuing Permits to Work.
13. Ensure all AC equipment operates to specified performance criteria and that the surrounding area meets company standards.
14. Deliver professional service and represent the company in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
15. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
Requirements:
16. Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
17. Relevant qualifications (F-Gas Cat 1, ODS regulations, and Level 2 or 3 C&G/NVQ or equivalent).
18. Full UK Driving Licence.
19. Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, with a willingness to join the On-Call Rota.
