Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority. Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker:
* Participate in three weekly duty and contact referral systems
* Provide specialist duty cover when required
* Hold short-term CiN plans and CP cases
* Attend team meetings and participate in team development
* Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare
