Hours Monday to Friday: 07:45 - 17:30 Sat & Sun: 08:30 - 16:30 This position is full time working 37.5 hrs per week. You will be working predominately Monday to Friday and have the opportunity to work weekends. Salary You'll receive an annual salary up to £ 33,454 per annum - depending on experience. What you'll be doing As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will Provide safe and secure medicines management and reconciliation service to the agreed standards. Manage prescriptions and interventions, providing face to face advice to patients. Provide continuity to care to patients upon discharge of care. Build strong relationships within the multidisciplinary team. Share information relating to medicines optimisations and drug regimes. Qualifications required Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD) Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital or care home environment.
