Suffolk New College is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse range of events, including award ceremonies, gala dinners, engaging business breakfasts, open days, career fairs, and community events. You will collaborate closely with the Events Supervisor, marketing team, industry partners, and various college directorates. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders, assisting with creative marketing campaigns, ensuring health & safety compliance, and designing and creating new event opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £26,499 to £28,299 per annum, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a career average pension scheme, a range of staff discounts and opportunities for professional development. The role requires proven event coordination experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and travel between campuses is essential, as is access to personal transport with business use insurance.
Whist this role is based predominantly at our Ipswich Campus, Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
