RG consultancy are working with a growing wholesaler based in Manchester who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop as there is future progression opportunities available. Duties include: General ledger reconciliations Accruals & pre-payments Monthly preparation and reconciliation. Fixed Assets and depreciation Monthly and annual review. Assist with management account preparation Set up new supplier accounts in various currencies Sales analysis and investigation Forecasting - monthly forecasting of sales, cost of sales and cash flow. Budgeting - annual review, reconciliation and investigation of sales, cost of sales and cash flow. Production costing and stock valuations. Daily posting of all payments in GBP/USD/EUR Production variance investigation. Liaise with all parties both internal staff and external contracts at all levels, to resolve all aspects of the job.
