The Role
As aTransaction Manager, you'll play a key role in our Sales Department by:
* Leading a small teamand developing Sales Consultants.
* Driving finance and insurance salesto maximize profitability.
* Delivering exceptional customer servicewhile ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
* Providing trainingto keep the sales team up to speed on financial products.
* Identifying and implementing improvementsto enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experiencein the motor industry.
* Strong knowledge of finance & insurance products(F&I, MBI, vehicle valuation).
* Customer-focused approachwith excellent communication skills.
* Solid administration & IT skillsto support key processes.
