As a People Operations Administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be at the heart of our team, ensuring that every new starter feels welcome and valued from day one. Your main role will be to manage administrative tasks for new team members, including the accurate creation and maintenance of personal files on our people systems. You’ll be the one creating those seamless onboarding experiences that make long lasting impressions.
But that’s not all! You’ll also get to work cross-functionally, collaborating with our resourcing team to manage the new starter process, liaising with payroll to ensure service level timelines are met, and keeping our data up to date and accurate. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in streamlining our operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
As the go-to person for managing queries on our people system and providing valuable insights into process improvements, you’ll play a crucial role in making our processes more efficient and our team even happier.
This role will be based at our Guernsey Office.
