Location: Crewkerne
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week

We are recruiting for a world-leading manufacturing company based in Crewkerne who are currently seeking an exceptional Contracts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and support between customers and internal teams.
About the Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will have a rewarding and varied role. Utilising their ERP system, you will ensure timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase orders and sales orders
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on the ERP system
Collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment
Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively liaising with internal teams to resolve issues
Providing regular updates to customers, proactively addressing and resolving any queries or concerns
Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records
Supporting internal teams by producing reports and providing current information
About You:
As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily tasks, along with a "can-do" attitude towards learning new skills. You should possess:
Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office packages
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
