Join Our Senior Leadership Team: We are looking for ambitious and experienced senior leaders to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy of the Council, driving innovation, and making a lasting impact on the future of our borough. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other leaders to ensure the prosperity and well-being of Dudley’s communities.

Group Director – Housing & Assets
Salary: Up to £155,000 per annum plus benefits
Take the overall lead in relation to Council physical assets – housing, corporate/commercial/community and land holdings.
Drive the transformation of our assets and build programmes underpinned by a single integrated corporate landlord function which is focused on efficiency of operations, legal compliance, the needs of our communities and maximising the return on investment to the Borough.
