CLC has grown significantly over the last few years and has ambitious growth plans to double in size in the next 4 years. To support our continued growth we are looking for a full time Decarbonisation Administrator reportting to the National Decarbonisation Manager. Currently the Decarbonisation Sector is seeing substantial investment c£6bn, in low carbon and renewable technologies, as a result, CLC is undertaking numerous decarbonisation and retrofit projects around the country. You will be supporting the delivery of decarbonisation and retrofit works across all CLC branches and working with the National Decarbonisation Manager and Retrofit Compliance Manager. Main Responsibilities Liaise with branch retrofit teams, clients and subcontractors. Coordinate compliance with Retrofit Admin across all branches. PAS Hub coordination. (Training will be provided) ECO Surv coordination. (Training will be provided) Manage Certification Body submissions, new measure requests and Scheme Providers requirements. Manage retrofit training requests for all branches. Liaise with Retrofit Compliance Manager on branch audits. Organise audit inspections for Certification Bodies and Scheme Providers. Manage Decarbonisation SharePoint sites, Head Office and Branch Portals. Manage department email addresses. Trade Show enquiries and opportunities. Occasional site visits maybe required. Skills And Qualifications Prior office management experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work well without supervision. Excellent time management skills. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel programs. Strong prioritisation and organisation skills. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Strong record keeping skills. Be self-motivated and trustworthy. Have an open and approachable manner. Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, word processing packages confidently.
