Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Ingatestone, Essex (flexible working available)
Salary: up to £35,000
Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused Account Manager to join our team at Volaro. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong client relationships, and can effectively balance client needs with internal workflows. You’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Provide daily updates and maintain open lines of communication with clients via email and Slack.
* Client Meetings: Lead weekly/biweekly operational and tactical discussions, monthly strategic and commercial meetings, and end-of-sprint reviews with clients, either virtually or in person.
* Feedback Management: Share departmental work with clients for feedback/approval and relay their input to internal teams for revisions.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to ensure all work shared with clients meets quality standards and deadlines.
* Complaint Resolution: Address client concerns effectively, balancing their demands with internal capacity.
* Deadline Management: Ensure internal and client deadlines are met through proactive planning and communication, alongside the Project Manager.
* Relationship Building: Strengthen client relationships by identifying and acting on opportunities to deliver additional value.
* Feedback Analysis: Capture quarterly client feedback through scoring systems or surveys, identify pain points, and develop actionable plans for improvement.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
* Strong understanding of marketing and lead generation processes.
* Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms.
* Experience managing client feedback loops and improving client satisfaction.
* Ability to create cost estimates and develop proposals for additional projects.
