Quality and Compliance Coordinator required for a tier 1 contractor in Devon
Job description:
Support the Quality & Compliance team, based in Devon with quality document management, internal site defect identification, and implementation of processes. Responsibility for managing individual processes increases with competency over time as experience is solidified.
37.5 Hours per week
Responsibilities
1. Assist with Data room management, ensuring all data is correct and up to date
2. Warranties
3. Liaise with internal project teams and clients for snagging lists & documentation
4. Perform site visit quality control checks where needed
5. Provide technical assistance to projects
6. Review PAC (provisional acceptance certificate) information including:
1. Datasheets
2. Testing evidence
3. Manuals
Person Specification
Essential
1. Renewables / Engineering degree or Relevant experience
2. High capacity for learning and applying new skills
3. Intermediate IT skills (MS Office Suite) and computer literacy
4. Good communication skills (written and oral)
5. Proactive approach and work ethic
6. Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated
7. Team player attitude
8. Professional demeanour and presentation
9. Interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector
10. Full UK driving licence with own transport.
Desirable
1. Postgraduate degree (or equivalent)
2. Previous solar experience (especially within construction or O&M settings)
3. Ability to effectively problem solve and think outside the box
4. AutoCAD experience
