Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer- Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams Dynamics 365 Application Support Engineer with experience of proving applications across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, SharePoint; Teams and cloud hosted applications and databases is needed to work for our client. The Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer will work across service improvement, development, Project delivery and Support/Administration. The Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer will be responsible for our clients core applications and databases (Microsoft technologies, Power Platform; SharePoint; Teams and a number of cloud hosted applications and databases) Dynamics 365 Applications Support Engineer- Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams- Essential experience Experience of providing applications support and administration of Microsoft Technologies (Dynamics 365, SharePoint and M365 suite) Ability to provide application support to bespoke applications built on technologies such Power Platforms and PowerApps.) Capability to knowledge transfer to other ICT areas such 2nd line. Ability to provide supporting documentation as required to promoting best practice. Experience of produce appropriate documentation for system changes and new developments, ensuring an up-to-date technical knowledge base on the organisation key business systems. Ability to identify and address architectural deficiencies.
