With a large team of senior midwives, specialist midwives and new exciting posts, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. We are absolutely committed to ensuring that women, and our staff, have a positive experience of our maternity service.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support newly qualified midwives and return to practice midwives in practice. This will also include our overseas midwives which we are actively engaged in recruiting.
You will provide clinical support to these groups of midwives, helping them to develop and grow their skills as clinicians. This will involve working alongside them clinically and supporting assessment/completion of their skills.
You will have the opportunity to develop orientation programmes and bespoke study sessions to provide an innovative welcome, support and network to our new joiners. This will involve pastoral support.
