Role Overview As a Trainee Purchasing Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the supply chain operations, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver quality, on-time results. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn and make steps towards a successful career. Key Responsibilities Support the Purchasing and supply chain team from an admin capacity Liaise with our suppliers and place orders Process purchase orders Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to anticipate demand and resolve supply limitations. Oversee import transport arrangements Support the Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager in quarterly supplier reviews, and assist with sourcing new suppliers in line with sustainability goals. Requirements Your Skills and Experience Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach to tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
