Job Title: Digital Media Manager Level & Responsibility: This role is at a Manager level or equivalent and has responsibility over a portfolio of clients as well as a team. This role might be better known as Digital Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Client Media Manager or Digital Account Manager in other businesses. Salary: £39,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a 10% bonus scheme Location & Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in the Liverpool office The role We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our Very Media Group team. In this role, you will support the Senior Management team in delivering commercial targets through exceptional delivery and implementation of partner brand campaigns across VMG. You will do this by leading on VMG’s digital media toolkit, and you will be accountable for the delivery of the digital marketing planning and strategy (not trading) across the likes of CRM, Programmatic Display, Criteo, Paid Social, PPC, Affiliates, etc. working alongside our Client and Campaign teams to advise on how best to deliver these touchpoints within wider partner brand funded campaigns. In line with our company values, within your role you'll want to stay honest, stay hungry, stay foolish, and most importantly, have fun More specifically, you'll have / be: 4 years experience in delivering digital marketing, ideally within retail Proactive and comfortable in driving the digital media development agenda across the wider business (Planning and Strategy) Capable and proven track record in delivering digital media campaigns Experience with working towards and hitting ambitious commercial targets A proven track record in the development and planning of strategic marketing campaigns Ability to work confidently with data & financial reporting with experience in Excel. Guide Client and Campaign teams in delivering market-leading digital campaigns, from advising on a strong media strategy, through to best-in-class execution, and ultimately robust metrics reporting. Focusing not only on what media we’re delivering but how we’re delivering it. Ensure all campaigns are delivered to agreed SLA and processes, supported with strong organisation and prioritisation skills. Ownership of the digital media remit, ensuring a market-leading toolkit is available for our team to work from, and they’re educated on how best to utilise it for campaigns that are commercially, creatively and strategically sound. Assist your team in the reporting of campaigns and continual focus on driving positive change in the way that we communicate data and performance of campaigns with our stakeholders. Strive to deliver learnings that can be applied to future campaigns, particularly for our most strategic, top tier partner brands and events.
