Role Overview:
As our UX Designer specializing in AI design, augmented features, and copilot magic, you'll be the Gandalf of user experiences. You'll work with a fellowship of product managers, engineers, and data scientists to conjure up interfaces that are as intuitive as they are intelligent.
Key Responsibilities

• Design & Prototyping: Whip up wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that make users feel like they've stepped into the future.
• User Research: Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes to gather insights and validate your brilliant design ideas.
• Collaboration: Team up with product managers and engineers to turn your designs into reality (no magic wand required).
• AI Integration: Create interfaces that seamlessly blend AI and augmented features, making users wonder if they're in a sci-fi movie.
• Iterative Design: Keep refining your designs based on user feedback and data, because perfection is a journey, not a destination.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in AI, UX design, and augmented reality. Bring your wildest ideas to the table!
Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on AI and augmented features. Bonus points if you've designed something that made people gasp.
• Skills: Mastery of design tools like Figma. A black belt in user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your design genius and makes us say, "We need this person!"
• Collaboration: Stellar communication and teamwork skills. You play well with others.
• Curiosity: A burning passion for AI and a curiosity that rivals a cat's (but with fewer lives at stake)
• Psychology: "How to better understand cognitive psychology" is one of your bedside books
• A first experience in the manufacturing or retail field would make you unique
