About the Role
There are two roles available on a temporary 9 month contract:
1 x 35 hour post
1 x 17.5 hour post
This role is suitable for remote working but you may be based within an office in the Argyll and Bute area if you wish. You will work with the HR Team Leader and key members of the HR&OD team to support the development, implementation and management of digital change. Your work will help improve the quality and effectiveness of HR services, leveraging technology and AI to enhance service delivery and customer service.
Your responsibilities:
* Project Support: Support the completion of project objectives, including managing documentation, project plans, highlight reports, and work packages.
* Research & Implementation: Assist in researching, consulting, and implementing new technologies such as chatbots, AI, and digital case management systems to enhance HR service quality and efficiency.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to create digital solutions and support continuous improvement.
It is essential you have a knowledge of digital technology tools that improve service delivery and customer service and experience in a customer support or HR environment.
