As incoming CEO, you’ll be tasked with developing a new five-year strategic plan (2025-2030) that ensures the charity’s sustainability and continued commitment to excellence and innovation. You’ll also ensure we are placed firmly on the map, as a respected voice and advocate at local, regional and national policy-making level. The organisation’s effectiveness and impact relies on the depth and quality of its partnerships, forged and embedded across a wide geography with national and local governments, agencies and communities. About you This is an absolutely vital recruit for, so we’re looking for someone with confidence and capability across a range of essential criteria. We are open to someone with previous experience at this level, or someone stepping into their first CEO role.
