Job Title: 1:1 Tutor for Maths and English Location: England, East of England, Cambridgeshire Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Description Job Duties: Provide individualised instruction to students in Maths and English Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Support and motivate students to achieve academic success Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Demonstrated expertise in Maths and English subjects Experience in tutoring or teaching individuals Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Patience and empathy in working with students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with special educational needs All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
