To ensure the effective management of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards within manufacturing operations. With SHE experience within a manufacturing industry you will need to be proactive, results-driven with strong attention to detail, a high level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Self-motivated with the ability to plan your own workload conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
Enhance employee awareness of SHE standards and responsibilities through workshops, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions. Prepare and present regular SHE performance reports, including KPIs related to safety incidents and environmental impact. Working closely with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams.
