Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Maidenhead
Hours: 37.5 / 9am - 5pm full time office based
Salary: 17.50£ ph
Please Note: This position is for a candidates with 1 to 2 years of talent acquisition experience or a junior recruitment agent.
There will be no option to work from home.
The Role: The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will in partnership with site Business HR, support and manage recruitment activities for assigned Abbott UK businesses. The TA Specialist supports multiple commercial and corporate divisions, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake session through to offer negotiation and hire using Abbott's ATS Workday.
The role requires the ability to translate business needs into recruitment strategies and actions. High quality standards
must be met in hiring practices (time to fill, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction surveys, direct sourcing etc.)

1. Develop a complete understanding of each client business objectives and strategy
2. Consult with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition
3. Work with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive internal and external recruitment
4. strategy for each requirement, setting and managing expectations
5. Identification and execution of appropriate sourcing medium to attract suitable candidates
6. Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the process, demonstrating superb
7. communication skills and providing appropriate feedback
8. Ensure structured, best practice competency based interview process is followed
9. Conduct salary negotiation and management of offer process aligned with Business HR
10. Complete diligent contract request process, to include conducting reference checks
11. Ensure ATS (Workday) is maintained and accurate at all times, as well as relevant CRM (Phenom) actions
12. Expertly manages efficient temp-to-perm hiring
13. Proactively identifies and seeks support where required in resolving issues
