Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a service company based in Chapeltown that are looking for an Administrator to start ASAP. This is a full time role, 40 hours per week, for an inital 3 months with the potential of going permanent. It is an office based role Monday to Friday.
Daily duties and responsibilities for this role include;
* Working alongside the Contract Management team to deliver excellent customer services
* Scheduling site activities and providing logistic support
* Updating customers with progress of projects
* Researching and ordering materials for projects
* Updating project files and documents ensuring accuracy
* Handling all calls and queries from customers and on site teams
* Reviewing and saving critical documents
* Producing reports for clients and final accounts
* Adhering to all health & safety compliances
* Requesting payments and material choices from customers
* Sourcing materials and arranging deliveries
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background and excellent attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment and things change very quickly so you will need to be adaptable and efficient.
