* A three bedroom spacious flat situated within the boarding house is provided and the post holder is required to live on site during term time for the better performance of their duties.

Overview of the Role
We are looking to appoint an innovative and dynamic Head of Boarding, with drive and ambition who will be fully committed to the ethos of a growing full-boarding/day preparatory school of 320 pupils. They will have responsibility for maintaining an excellent standard of boarding alongside offering a varied, stimulating extra-curricular programme for boarders, particularly at weekends. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and committed practitioner with a warm sense of humour and a lively, warm, approachable, positive manner with pupils, colleagues and parents. This role can be successfully combined with a reduced teaching timetable. Culford is very much a family school and very much understanding that Boarding is a family commitment therefore we would be happy to offer a Spousal allowance for the right candidate.
