We are currently recruiting for an Account Director to work with us at high end media site. We are looking for someone to oversee the overall responsibility for strategy and contract development. Overseeing the Group Manager and four location managers, ensuring the service is managed in line with the client requirements and the Gather & Gather brand. This position will provide the strategic link between all locations, the client & CPU. Location: London Rate of pay: £60,000 per annum amazing benefits Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Food and Service Development • Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured across all London locations • Support the Group Manager in setting clear expectations to all staff regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest standards across all locations. • Work with the Group Manager to continually review the service and food provided at all locations. providing feedback to the team and ensuring any necessary changes are incorporated into the service provision across all locations. • Work with the CPU in developing the approach to menus, marketing strategy and the communication of these elements. Relationship Management • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the clients. • Conduct regular review meetings with the Group Manager to ensure targets are being met. • Conduct appropriate business review meetings with relevant clients to ensure that all targets, objectives and service level agreements are being met. Finance • Ensure all locations achieve the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget. • If necessary, where budget is not being achieved, identify and implement a strategy, in a timely manner, to overcome the shortfall. • Work closely with the CPU and Operations Managers to develop best practice in monitoring costs. • Understand and interpret the relevant financial control systems and use the information to measure performance and achieve all targets. • Make sure all costs are controlled effective purchasing, implementing safeguards to easily monitor and set clearly defined parameters for the location managers. Managing and Developing a Team • Support the Group Manager and CPU in developing and sustaining a structured approach to daily and weekly communication. • Support the Group Manager to ensure all team members carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards as set out in the appropriate CH&CO manual. • Provide effective performance management and appraisal for the Group Manager and support the Group Manager in doing the same for location managers. • Monitor and manage staff turnover and sickness, and work with the Group Manager to understand trends and minimise. • Using outputs from the performance management and appraisal process identify training needs and work with relevant parties in CH&CO to ensure these needs are met. Sales • Working with the Operations Manager to deliver a business plan to identify opportunities for improvement within the business and outline recommendations. • Work with the sales team and Creative Director to maximise Gather and Gather’s exposure in site.
