If yes, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated AO Administrative Officer to join our welcoming team of military and civilian healthcare professionals and administrative staff at Worthy Down.
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. Part-time applicants will be considered on a job share basis to ensure full coverage of hours.

Job Description
The Administration Officer will collaborate with the business manager and practice manager to support DPHC in delivering safe and effective primary healthcare within the regional firm base, enhancing operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities include managing reception duties such as answering emails and phones, booking appointments, patient check-in, responding to queries, and directing patients.
Person Specification & Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support as part of the medical centre and physiotherapy department teams, ensuring a welcoming front-of-house service for all patients.
* Manage reception duties including communication, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and record keeping in DMICP.
* Assist in creating and completing departmental reports and patient satisfaction surveys to meet healthcare governance standards.
* Perform additional administrative activities to support effective patient services and clinical staff.
