Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Blackburn – Band 5/6

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist in Blackburn with experience working with people who have mental health conditions! In this role you will be working in the rapid intervention team assessing patients in the community and planning interventions for older adults with mental health conditions and/or Dementia. This is a Band 5/6 role, so the rates are £20-21 per hour for a band 5 and £26 for a band 6. This is a 2 day a week role.
