Job Summary: The Sales Capture Manager is responsible for leading strategic capture efforts throughout the sales lifecycle for small to medium-sized deals. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, developing and executing capture plans, and ensuring alignment with the firm's sales targets. The Sales Capture Manager will work closely with leadership to create proposals, client materials, and support wider sales cycle activities to close identified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end management of the sales process for small to medium-sized deals, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Proposal Development: Support leadership in the creation of proposals, client materials, and other sales cycle activities to close opportunities.
* Client Engagement: Proactively contact new and existing clients to make them aware of Accenture’s services and develop new opportunities.
* Capture Strategy: Develop and manage capture plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and win strategy development.
* Stakeholder Management: Own project plans and manage stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Account Lead (CAL), client team, and relevant subject matter experts to integrate solutions and drive path to close.
* Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in managing and writing proposals.
* Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the technology or consulting industry.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Ability to adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Additional Information:
* This role requires flexibility to work in different time zones and may involve travel.
* The Sales Capture Manager is expected to manage individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
