Job summary 25.5 hours per week This is an exciting role for a kind enthusiastic experienced nurse who is keen to join our cardiac nurse team at Harrogate District Hospital. We are looking for someone with cardiology experience both in hospital and community. We are looking for someone who is keen in addition to Cardiac Rehabilitation to have an interest in supporting inpatients with heart failure and liaising closely with the community Heart Failure Specialist Nurses. To provide support and education to patients admitted with arrhythmia to Harrogate District Hospital Main duties of the job To deliver cardiac rehabilitation to patients from the Harrogate and Rural District in both the hospital and community as part of the integrated cardiac rehabilitation team To provide support education for patients admitted with heart failure with complex health needs to Harrogate District Hospital.
