HR Assistant
16 hours per week to be worked flexibly Monday to Friday
Salary £23, 481 per annum/pro rata
As a leading local provider of support for adults with learning disabilities across Cumbria we have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join our fast paced and growing organisation.
No two days are the same and as part of the HR team you will certainly appreciate this as our dynamic approach is reflected in all we do.
Main Duties to include;
• To support with the recruitment processes including pre-employment admin and checks.
• Assist with On-boarding new starters following the organisations policy and procedures.
• Maintain accurate staff records
• Keep up to date with all HR related databases

The successful applicant will:
• Have strong communication and organisational skills and employee relations experience.
• Be a driven, motivated person with a proactive approach to work
