Job Description:
The role involves working closely with children, families, and other stakeholders to assess risks, develop strategies, and provide guidance and support. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, identifying strengths and challenges, and developing tailored plans to address complex needs.

Requirements:

Salary:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
