About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services organisation seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive graduate and early careers recruitment, develop innovative hiring strategies, and build strong relationships with top universities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement targeted campus recruitment strategies to attract top graduate talent.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, careers services, and student organisations.
* Plan and manage on-campus events, careers fairs, and networking initiatives.
* Assess and select candidates using expert-level assessment methods.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
* Analyse campus insights to optimise recruitment strategies and talent pipeline development.
* Lead and manage internship and graduate recruitment programmes.
* Provide strategic recruitment guidance and support to the team.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in graduate recruitment, campus hiring, or early careers programmes.
* Strong knowledge of candidate assessment methodologies and recruitment systems (expert proficiency preferred).
* Experience in recruitment process design, employer branding, and regulatory compliance (advanced to expert level).
* Ability to collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders across different teams.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A passion for talent attraction, employer branding, and diversity recruitment.
