Day to Day Duties

Working as an Hygiene Operative for our client your duties will be:

* Working as part of a small team, working for our client's customers, you will work across different locations within central Scotland
* Undertaking preventative maintenance and cleaning services to a variety of ventilation systems within a greater expanse of customer premises
* Ensuring all ventilation systems are cleaned to the correct standard that meets the required Fire Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations
* Carrying out ventilation/kitchen deep cleans, clean grease extraction systems and ductwork, removal of extractor fans
* Conducting post clean checks to make sure everything has been completed to the required standard and that the site is clean and tidy before leaving.
