We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join a dedicated team. As an Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assessing and monitoring residents' health status.
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Providing wound care and other nursing procedures.
* Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Educating residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
* Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
* Providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.
* Supervising and mentoring nursing assistants and other support staff.
Requirements:
* Valid NMC pin.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
* PVG Scheme membership / record.
