Customer Team Leader
Location: Borras Park Road; Borras Park, Wrexham, LL12 7TH
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings 5:45am, afternoons, late evenings 10pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Role overview:
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.

Key responsibilities:
* Providing friendly and helpful customer service, managing store operations, and handling challenging situations
* Coaching and training team members, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensuring store safety, legality, and operational standards
* Managing stock accuracy and diligence checks
* Supporting HR processes and deputising for the Store Manager
* Introducing new products and services, encouraging feedback
* Engaging with the local community and supporting community plans
