Job summary Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint three substantive Consultants in Palliative Medicine (Full time 10PA post) to support the integrated palliative care services across the Trust The successful applicants will work to support the in-patient, advisory, ambulatory and community based services across the Trust as a member of the Integrated Palliative Care medical team. Duties will be undertaken in conjunction with consultant colleagues, with the support of an annual job planning process to provide oversight and supervision to the consultant led services Applicants are required to hold Membership of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent qualifications, to be fully registered with the General Medical Council with licence to practise and listed on the Specialist Register or due to be registered within six months of the date of appointment. Main duties of the job The appointee, together with his or her colleagues will have a commitment to the provision of consultant medical cover within the Integrated Palliative Care medical team across the sites.
