Our client, a busy "state of the art" car dealership in Canterbury, has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Management team.
Our client would also consider an experienced and high performing Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.
Service Manager / Aftersales Manager Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Organising, coaching, motivating and leading your workshop & front of house team.
2. Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
3. Departmental profitability.
4. Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets.
5. Controlling expenses.
6. Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation.
7. Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation.
8. Installing and maintaining processes.
9. Monitoring, developing and improving CSI and customer experience.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ Service Manager / Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Service Team Leader experience.
2. Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Requirements:
1. Franchised Dealership Experience.
2. Kerridge or Pinnacle Experience.
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 DOE
On Target Earnings of £65,000
