As a member of the team the post holder will be expected to provide clinical and managerial leadership within the nursing and multi-disciplinary team. Applicants for this role should have a keen interest in caring for unwell patients with complex needs, some with deliriums, combined with dementia/Parkinson's and palliative care providing high quality, person-centred and relationship-centred care.
