Company Description
We are a well-established lubricants company based in Leyton, London, specialising in engine oils and lubricants for the automotive industry. We are looking for a dedicated Inbound Telesales and Operations Analyst, ideally with telesales experience in the automotive sector, seeking a long-term role.
This role is perfect for a motivated, sales-focused individual who excels in building customer relationships and driving business growth by seeking new business opportunities and promoting services to prospects.
You will represent a diverse range of suppliers, catering to a variety of customers including workshops, garages, specialist commercial workshops, agricultural operations, and both motorcycle and automotive sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, including cold calls to promote products and services
* Identify and execute new business opportunities, maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
* Provide product information and pricing
* Accurately update the customer database for mailing and billing.
* Process sales, accept payments, and manage customer inquiries on product specs and pricing.
* Collaborate with marketing to promote products, services, and special offers.
* Assist the operations manager with sales and operational tasks.
* Chase outstanding payments and respond to ad-hoc email queries.
* Maintain CRM records, manage supplier relationships, and ensure high customer service levels.
Key Requirements:
* 12+ months telesales experience in the automotive industry (essential)
* Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Target-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
* Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is a plus
