You’ll be working for a premium brand leader in consumer sleep solutions and with the fastest-growing channel in the business. With a keen interest in e-commerce, you’ll gain wide exposure to Marketplaces, Amazon, Pure Players and the strategy across e-commerce channel management. You will be managing the range, pricing and promotional mix so that they’re tailored to each unique route to market. Being a commercial-minded person you’ll have an eye for spotting new opportunities to squeeze growth out of these accounts. A family-owned business, they look after their employees, offering training and development opportunities frequently and the chance to pick up and manage your own accounts further down the line. Owning their own manufacturing sites in the UK helps them standout in their category, since they can control costs and have much shorter lead times compared to importers. Practical part: You’ll be office-based five days a week so need to be able to commute to Huddersfield comfortably. Being a bit more traditional they like heads together, generating ideas and collaboration.
