As Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in the BoP (Balance of Plant) programme, you'll be in the driver's seat, managing a high-performing multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical systems, structures, and components for a number of buildings and contracts within the BOP area.
From engineering to commissioning, you'll ensure excellence at every stage by:
1. Leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve flawless delivery.
2. Owning budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality assurance.
3. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex interfaces seamlessly.
4. Utilizing your technical expertise and leadership to ensure the highest standards in execution and compliance.
You're a seasoned Project Professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects. Your experience spans:
1. Engineering & Project Lifecycle: From initial design through to commissioning.
2. Commercial Expertise: Managing high-value contracts, cost control, and resolving claims.
3. Risk & Quality Management: Driving operational excellence in complex, high-stakes environments.
What sets you apart is your ability to translate technical details into actionable strategies, engage stakeholders, and inspire your team to succeed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (professional qualifications like MIMechE, MICE, or APM PPQ are a bonus).
2. Hands-on expertise with Earned Value tools, CDM Regulations, and quality assurance in regulated environments (nuclear sector experience is an advantage).
3. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
