Duties
Due to an internal move, we are looking to recruit a Junior Office Administrator for our site in Holford, Birmingham. This is a part-time position (10.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday) and will be part of a busy/lively office environment performing basic office admin duties including:
1. Act as first point of contact in greeting our customers and visitors on-site.
2. Documentation filing.
3. Opening and distributing office post.
4. Ordering and coordinating buffets for internal meetings and customer visits.
5. Arranging refreshments for visitors.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Previous office experience.
* Reliable and organised.
* Good communication skills face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Has a can-do attitude, gets on with own tasks with minimal supervision, and supports others when required.
