Job Responsibilities
1. To support the Housing and Maintenance teams to deliver an efficient and effective service.
2. To be a strong communicator and accurately record information.
3. Be the first point of contact for tenants on all housing matters and customers of the tenants of Leeds Media Centre.
4. Undertake all actions to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and take ownership of enquiries.
