Main duties of the job As a part of this role you will manage and administer the end to end recruitment process for your caseload of vacancies. Supporting hiring managers with job advertising, scheduling interviews, running employment checks and booking start dates. Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities To administer the recruitment process, under the direction of the Team Leaders, to a high-quality standard and within agreed timescales. To maintain up-to-date awareness of relevant legislative and procedural changes, as advised by their Team Leader or Resourcing Delivery Manager. Adapting working practices as appropriate. To maintain an awareness of the current Trust vacancy position in order to advise applicants appropriately. To contribute to the provision of an efficient, timely service by maintaining an awareness of the workload demands of other team members, re-prioritising own workload as necessary. To coordinate the recruitment/redeployment administrative activity Trust-wide or external organisation under the terms of a Service Level Agreement. To support the department to meet Key Performance Indicators and turnaround times for the processing of adverts and unconditional offers. To administrate HR Administration processes for current members of staff from the Trust completing varied tasks e.g. extension of FTC, employment letters, NHS service awards etc. To oversee the housekeeping of the recruitment system ensuring that applicants are processed through all stages and vacancies moved to outcome to ensure data is correct for reporting purposes.
