Come and join us! Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust are currently recruiting for the Therapies Department including Band 5 Physiotherapists, across two hospitals within the heart of Kent.
Our focus is to tailor advice to our individual patients needs and build therapeutic relationships, which we believe are important to both the recovery and outcomes of the treatments that we deliver. Our treatment areas are well equipped and the trust offers scenario-based training rooms for staff, which facilitates a real-life training environment for clinicians to develop new skills and also maintain clinical competence.
Our staff feel the trust offers progression from within and that they are valued as individuals. The therapies department places an emphasis on supportive learning and the sharing of knowledge and practices across all professional groups.
