Cave Veterinary Specialists is a specialist multi-disciplinary veterinary referral centre serving Clients, Pets and Vets in the South West. We accept referrals in Anaesthesia, Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, Dermatology,, Internal Medicine Neurology and Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopaedic Surgery and Soft Tissue Surgery. Overview The role of Client Care Associate is an important operational role delivering excellence across all aspects of the client service journey. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Client Care Team to provide excellent service to our clients, referring vets and visitors. Our Client Care Team should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous, and professional at all times. Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner Support our clients with a smooth client and pet flow within the practice from the waiting room to payment processing. Arrangement of routine, urgent and emergency appointments from our referring vets Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, handling enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues. Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments, processing insurance claims and issuing invoices. Fielding of phone and electronic Maintain a welcoming environment throughout the clinic by carrying out cleaning duties. Maintenance of patient records using our practice management software system Communicating directly with clinical teams supporting the client and Referring vet Journey and service Close collaboration with our clinical teams regarding client accounts Clerical duties related to animal patient care, treatment and account management Miscellaneous administration tasks (i.e. filing, banking, online registrations, liaising with external companies) The successful candidate will: Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative Have a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships This is a rewarding and challenging role.
